The most popular island in Malaysia. Located in Besut, Terengganu, Malaysia. Separate by two Island. The first separate called “Small Perhentian Island” and the second separate called “Big Perhentian Island”. This island have a lot of resort and chalet. How to go to Perhentian Island?
From Kuala Lumpur International Airpot (KLIA)
- Take a flight from KLIA to Sultan Mahmud Airport in Kuala Terengganu, Terengganu or Pengkalan Chepa Airpot, Kota Bharu, Kelantan
- After you arrive at the listed airpot, Take the taxi or Limousin Taxi and tell the driver you want go to Kuala Besut, if the taxi driver said that he can brought you there, take the taxi and wait until you arrive at Kuala Besut’s Jetty.
- When you arrive at Kuala Besut Jetty you can buy a boat ticket to Perhentian Island.Usually the boat fare is RM40 – RM 90 depend to the boat speed.
- You can booking a resort a chalet in Kuala Besut’s Jetty because a lot of travel agency are located in this jetty. The Accommodation cost in Perhentian Island was cheap and you can choose an economical Accommodations or Expensive Accommodation its depend to your interest.
